Time Management

EGP100.00

Description

We’ve all been there.  Worked on a deadline due the week before, rushed breathlessly into a meeting, or even missed that dream job interview. One simple skill stands between you and success: time management. Yet, it is rarely appreciated for its universal usefulness.

Time management follows a few simple steps.  It typically begins with setting goals, then breaking them down into an action plan or simple checklist. Activities are then rated based on urgency, priorities assigned, and deadlines set; this results in a plan, task list or calendar of activities. The aim is to focus on the most challenging and profitable tasks. The entire process is supported by a skillset that includes personal motivation, delegation skills, and crisis management.  These are just a few of the lessons that will make our workshop well worth your time!
